In My Mailbox Sunday #18

In My Mailbox is hosted by Kristi @ The Story Siren
This week I have a Special Edition of In My Mailbox Sunday!

I received quite possibly the most awesome art book in existence.
Behold: The Art of Tim Burton!

This past week I received The Art of Tim Burton (Deluxe Edition) It includes a signed(!) hardcover copy of the book with a really cool slipcase and a signed(!!) & numbered lithograph. The slipcase has a window that shows through and I couldn't get a good picture so here is the image from the publisher (it's a little small):
But you get the idea. The window becomes a work of art in itself with the image from the back of the slipcase. The book has artwork from all his major films including Alice in Wonderland, The Nightmare Before Christmas and Batman! The deluxe edition is a little pricey but they also have a Standard Edition that also looks awesome without the slipcase. If you would like more information you can check out Tim Burton's website. I have spent hours looking at this book and reading the text contributions from people who have worked closely with him including Johnny Depp and his partner Helena Bonham Carter.

As a fan I am in love with this book and as a writer I am inspired *winks*

What is your favorite Tim Burton film?
